From the pictures it seems these hangers get ICEd often. How much of an issue is it?

It looks like the New Supercharger V3 could solve the ICEING problem.

I have only been ICEd one time, but since it was potentially an overnight delay, I have always thought that the Supercharging network is incomplete until there is a solution to this kind of nonsense.

Please cite a United States legal precedent where someone committed unarmed assault and it was considered to be "with a deadly weapon" due to unarmed combat training.

Yeah, I stopped on my way back from Las Vegas a week ago to see why, and (at the time) it seemed to be due to a power outage. But now, a week later, it shows a temporary closure status?
