New to Tesla Supercharging? :)

For V1 and V2 SC, each cabinet supports two charging pedestals (two cars).

More technically, each cabinet takes the 480 3-phase AC power from the utility and converts it to the 400 volt DC power that is absorbed by the Tesla cars. Each Tesla supercharging cabinet can push about 120-150 kW, which can then be split between two cars. Google that last sentence for more explanation.

Thanks again for the info.

About V3's, Tesla's putting one in Clearwater FL., it's only 8 miles from my brother.
12 pedestals 4 miles from my son's is very welcome.
Very lucky for me here in Columbia SC with a 2016 S-70 (w/14K miles) bought online from Tesla in July.
Up to then I hadn't even been in a Tesla.
Blind faith works sometimes.
We also own a 2015 Leaf and to help get the S, I was able to sell my Volt in 7 days.
Those who want EV's really want EV's.
Now to get my friends and relatives convinced which will be easier to do with an S.

Well, with the exception of a small pile of dirt on in front of the transformer (on the parking lot), everything looks done.
All workers, trailers, people gone.
