Doing some digging, here is an updated part of the site plan that I believe shows the access to the adjoining 48 chargers at 1118 N Sycamore. They have moved all of the SC cabinets to sycamore and moved some spots around. The trash and equipment yard has shrunk accordingly to still accommodate 32 chargers. It is still unclear if there will be car access there or just a walkway. The opening is not enough for two cars so I doubt it would pass requirements for that sort of thing.

The new plans also don't show the 40-ft-tall bamboo screens anymore. Wonder if those have been chopped to save space? They're really pushing to the edges of the lots and have gotten variances to go zero setback in places. They've also got plans for solar canopies on the 4 lots 1114, 1118, 1122, and 1128 N Sycamore Ave. The City likes the parking improvements for several reasons, as they lay out in their April 26, 2024 Determination Letter (which has attached 3 pages of plans for the solar canopies).

Thanks, I was digging and I hadn't yet found those. Usability is not the strongest point of the LA City web sites, but I've just started to work with them so don't know all the tricks. The direct link plans are output by AutoCAD, so nice vector drawings compared to the scanned images that got attached to the Determination Letter [sadly, they used Adobe Acrobat Pro (64-bit) 24 Paper Capture Plug-in]. Someone needs to teach folks how to make a decent PDF file and not create unreadable low-res stuff.

They were same place you linked just have to scroll through headings in the fie section. Submitted, approved, etc.

All images taken from 247 Tesla's YouTube video linked below. Go check out that video for more drone shots. Pasted a couple highlights into this thread below:

Finish work continues on the main structure and the cement for charging posts are now in place.

Thanks for posting those pics. When it's open, I will go. It's gonna get a log of patronage but the property and open area for cars seems very small.
