Good find. It looks like the 12 stall was not approved due to the width requirements for the fire department:

On July 12, 2022 by Bump, William A.
"Plan 2022-2039 is not approved. This EV Charging station is located along the curb in the parking lot in close proximity to the entrance to the property from Millstream Rd. This entrance, based on the scale provided is just under 20 feet wide which is the required fire department access width per NCFC 503.2.1. As this location is not a designated parking spot, it appears that a vehicle using the charging station would further reduce the width of the Millstream entrance."



The 8 stall revision was obviously approved in early December. I would think this location should be open pretty soon.

My guess is red tape before PTO - utility, local gov't, etc.

Charged here late last night and no issues at all. Gas station was closed and McDonalds next to it was drive thru only so plan accordingly. Added it to Google Maps while I was at it.
