Thanks for the heads up, I've updated it to be under construction.

You might also change it to V4 from V3. As far as I can see, that is the only change being made here. The transformer is still 250kw, but all the dispensers are V4. Here is a pic from Monday.

Because you asked I went for a look. It isn't done and now there are these spools of wire there.
