Same here, but EM is trying to tease you and me into buying a newer car to transfer that free superchargingYou're right. Both free unlimited charging and connectivity tied to the VIN of my car.

As pointed out, Not for the rest of 2023.yes, I guess you mean for the "life" of that car With those rates, I'm glad that supercharger credits are based on miles and not money. Us local people can pay 13 cents at home or even less depending on the subscribed program.
What's not for the rest of 2023?As pointed out, Not for the rest of 2023.
Here you go! Sounds like the backend for non-Tesla charging is not ready yet.I really wish someone would take a photo of the NACS handle from a side and front-on view
Was the display active? If so, did it show any useful information?Apparently prize for being "first customer in North America to V4 supercharge:"

Confirmed that it is the 1000v capable NACS plug. Here you go! Sounds like the backend for non-Tesla charging is not ready yet.

Display is off except for the white Tesla logo light below it, and sounds like it'll be that way on a per-site basis depending on when Tesla is ready to test out stall payments. Presumably these V4 could be activated for non-Teslas even without the display like existing V3 Magic Dock requiring the Tesla app, but at least right now, Sparks is not a "Charge Your Non-Tesla" Supercharger choice yet.Was the display active?
Is it just me or does that plug look like a bug eyed darth vader? Here you go! Sounds like the backend for non-Tesla charging is not ready yet.

Thank you for the pictures! Interesting there's no center pin. The documentation looks like there should be one present for the kV connector. Also based on the scratches on the side of the connector, it looks like there are two depths when plugging it in. 400v VS 1000v maybe? Cable looks thicker too. Are you able to find the sticker on the cabinet that has the voltage and amperage ratings on it?Here you go! Sounds like the backend for non-Tesla charging is not ready yet.

I am wondering how well an 800v Cybertruck charged at the v4? Was it 0-80% in 15 minutes? Or better yet, how well does it charge at a v3? 0-80% in an hour or two?For those wondering about V4 cable length on the "far" side of the stall for Cybertruck:
No, it does not currently show up as a site that can be used by non-Tesla vehicles. Is the CCS adapter available to use yet?
Is that matte finish a standard finish? It was great to see the Cybertruck there. One thing that doesn't come across well in photos is the matte finishes. It looks very impressive! Plus, the new V4 chargers are very tall.
