Tempted to ditch model 3 order and get a raven S or X?

You're not crazy. See the badinage with EcoCloudIT in the Model 3 in Australia thread. Lots of advantages to the S. I love mine, and the Raven will be great, too.
BUT- if you're THIS close, hard not to drive a 3 first??

It happens. I somehow managed to go from ‘I am very happy with my S’ to ‘I may trade in my S for a 3’ to ‘I will trade in my S for another S’ without any rational thought taking place.

Just depends on what you need. Pure sports car, the model 3 is the most fun to drive in my opinion. However I just sold my performance Model 3 and bought a Raven Model X because it meets my needs better.

yes afik all NZ superchargers have CCS now

But note on V2 supercharger using CCS the 3 will only get 149kw etc same as the S/X raven

There aren't many V3 superchargers yet but the highest I've seen reported for a new S 100D is 164 kw on them. Tesla claim up to 200kw but might just be a momentary peak under ideal conditions.

Meanwhile the Model3 charges at 250kw no worries.

It's a real shame we still have 18650s in S/X. The 2170s seem better all round. And no fires.

There are a few third party 350kw units about.

Charge fox rapid chargers are good for 350kW but the best I’ve heard on them was an M3 at 190kW
