I have had no issues with Mississauga and Oakville service centres either. Though, once at Mississauga, I told the girl who registered me in, to include checking my headlights as i kept getting a warning message and she flatly refused to add this request and told me that I need to log another appointment. But I think this is just human personality and she shouldn’t be client facing. We see these types everywhere not just Tesla.I see...yeah that sucks, sorry to hear you had that experience. Luckily I haven't had any bad experiences with the Vaughan Service Center so far.
