Tesla decreased my Model S price by $4,000

This is in Canadian dollars. When I spoke to the delivery specialist he said that it was because they were lowering the price of the Model S.
 
I’d agree exchange rate.
However just checked for a new MS 100d build on Canadian site and it’s the same $122k base and all upgrade costs the same.?

Odd. You would think an adjustment would first surface on a new build and then retroactively apply to existing orders.

Was your car an inventory model? And your specialist verbally said this? I’m Toronto based so would like to confirm this before finalizing a purchase next few days on an MX!

Just checked the Canadian inventory site...a lot of new inventory cars just showed up. 100D’s
I believe the one you have posted is the 3rd one in the pic?

Inventory cars are usually discounted to push for quarter end...not necessarily because the MSRP price is changing.

Ah, that must be the reason why. They gave me a VIN and the updated invoice yesterday.
