more of second ones.... used to have those circles around when driving too near to road divider etc. but not anymore.... car is behaving more like human, egomaniac and over confident with very little info onscreen. ;) 😂

2023.38.6
just noticed today with FSD engaged the distance warning semi circles are back
Seen white and yellow on the motorway as cars passed in adjacent lanes

With FSD engaged I also noticed the car is still skittish on the motorway with other cars in adjacent lanes
random hesitation, it been like that for me since 2023.38.xx
sometimes it's fine
I haven't noticed any obvious reason as to why.
At first I thought it maybe due cars getting to close in the adjacent lane
but that doesn't seem to be the reason

oh we already rename our Model Y as scaredy-cat... mostly scared of Toyota and some unique brands... other times random...
intersection or approaching motorway near off-ramp is also when it's scared of other cars making mistakes...
there were genuine instances where it will stay off when bad driving behaviour detected from other drivers.... keeping her distance.
also noticed that it would disable hazards lights if no hazards detected...

I guess expected behaviour if coding is slowly vanishing and car is deciding on pure AI, vision, neural networks.....

Does seem quite random and overly cautious at times
This morning had 3 motorbikes go by lane splitting on the motorway
Two went by with no issues, the third the car couldn't make it's mind up what to do, had a panic attack STOP stop no go STOP! go
must look like a learner driver trying to master driving a manual car

Car signaling lane change in front, my car started to slow to let the other car change lanes
Decent amount of space to let the other car in.
For science I let it go to see what happens
my car kept slowing down almost came to a complete stop on the motorway
prob about 5 car lengths or so before it started to speed up
Did this twice

I'll have to start paying more attention to see if it has a infatuation with Toyota's :)

Roll on version 12

so moody teenager got hormones working at full strength....
I take it as a sign that car is finally behaving like 15/16 year old learner driver instead of 13/14 year old teenager.... here's hoping that only way is to grow old and short future get FSD version behaving like least a restricted license 17 years old.

and if all goes well, we might have fully licensed 18 year old driving by 2025.... or sooner.
