My daily driver is a 2013 golf tdi it's 11 months old and has 29k miles on it. Getting our Model S next week and we will be testers of the warranty too.

Totally. 8000 miles a year for the last 11 years. 3000 miles in my Tesla in two months.

12,000 miles in 6 months. That's typical usage for me.

Well ahead of my usual 15,000 mile per year pace. I'll pass 16,000 miles today, took delivery Dec. 3rd. Have had at least 4 weeks of vacation where the car wasn't driven during that time frame. On track for around 22,500 in the first year. It is absolutely our "go to" car.

We are putting more miles on our Joules than we have on any other car.
However, a portion of that is simply because prior to getting our second Model S, almost all the driving both my wife and I did was done with Joules. Our ICE was driven very rarely.

at the current rate I am driving. 6,000 mile in 2 month. I am on track to hit 36,000-40,000 the first year.

Seven months and just turned over 24000. A little less than I expected. Was planning on 48000 a year but got a new job where I won' drive as much.

I remember seeing one has posted 32k and another 41k elsewhere on these forums. I remember these specifically because I am also a high mileage driver (or at least I thought I was). I'm at 24k at just over 6 months ownership.

Easy. Ensure USB drive inserted. Select Media to display in either side of instrument panel. Select music source as USB. Play music. Extract USB drive. Observe blank screen.

Ah, well I would have thought as much but I didn't see those.

At 24k in only 6 months your rate is much higher than mine. My car is nearly 14 months old.

I've never used it but I have strong memories of a "no entry" symbol on that menu if you want the slot (on either left or right) empty. No need for shenanigans.

Very impressive mileage! But someone reported a slightly higher mileage of 32,756 mi on the Plug in America Model S Survey: Plug In America

Although your 30,220 is way above the next highest vehicle on the list: Plug In America
