Basically the grille has long horizontal slats, this allows leaves to fall through, into the air intake ducting and clog up the system.
There are aftermarket covers/grilles that go over the intake ducting, underneath the outer grille, to stop these leaves from getting in.

Google has loads. Tesla Delivery Checklist is a starter, There are mobile app ones, but I would be worried about not having a reception and being able to access it
Just home from my collecting my M3LR at the Trafford centre & 50 mile drive home. no problems found with the car, Trade in took about 2 min, they didnt even look at the old car.
It looks fantastic & is so nice to drive compared to my old one, Only issue i have had is it can't find any wifi networks when on my drive, despite about 15 being available if i check my phone, so I set the software update going and will try again tomorrow.

So Shantay has arrived this afternoon and so far (ran out of decent light) everything is looking spot on.
Making us now a full EV household and most I’m preferring #TeamBlue to the other half’s white at the moment.
Cannot fault the delivery process or communication I’ve received at all TBH. Maybe I’ve been lucky

wifi reception is very poor, it needs to be a very strong signal for it to be detected by the vehicle. If you don't have any luck then try parking the other way around as the antenna is in the door mirror and one side obviously gets somewhat blocked by the mirror glass/motor etc.
Damn, its already parked with the driver door facing the house, may have to figure something out to boost the signal then.
Hi - another long time lurker here! Thanks to everyone on the forum who have made the wait pass with loads of great info and added so much to the process!
I picked up my Blue M3 LR with 18s today from Glasgow. No issues per checklist and the collection and trade in was very easy. I’m another lucky one that didn’t get queried about only having 1 key on the trade in - they just checked the mileage and we were done!
Car was very clean and no panel gaps or paint issues as far as I could make out. The car was wet from the rain so will have a further closer look at paint tomorrow if it stays dry. 8 miles on the clock and 44% charge. Took it for a run and then charged at Eurocentral SuC (recommend Piece for a really good lunch/coffee!) and the referral miles had kicked in already.
As far as the drive goes, it’s even better than I remember from the test drive, and no regrets on not going for the performance - the LR is rapid!! Maybe will consider AB further down the line but I’m in no rush!
I couldn’t pick up the Wi-Fi from our house so far but used hotspot on my phone and latest software came through straightaway once we were home, including waypoints and Tidal. Finding the downloaded Tidal Hi-Fi tracks to sound great on the Tesla sound system.
I took a few photos of the rest of the car park for anybody else picking up from Glasgow in the next few days. The car is pretty mucky from the salt on the roads here so I’ll try to get some better photos up over the weekend if I get a chance.

guys.. i've taken home delivery of my tesla at 4:45 this evening.. had 40% battery so popped to a supercharger just and topped up... however, the charge isn't showing on my tesla account neither is the vehicle... any ideas? have i got caught between office closing and taking delivery as such the car is still free supercharging at Tesla cost (if that is such a thing?)

I’ve heard the first (don’t quote me) 24 hours are free, that might be rubbish. Is the car charging?
