I don’t see the dual motor badging. Plus I didn’t reserve until 4/11/16. I have a feeling those 10 days post-announcement will push me back. I just hope the 2006 Honda Civic can hold out (it’s in bad shape).
I'm pretty sure they add the badging at the delivery center before delivery.

Not to get off topic, but is that how cars are normally delivered? The site of a bunch of new cars on a truck like that makes me cringe. Whether it's the truck having to break hard, causing the cars to move, bad weather, nature (bird/bugs), or something else that risks damaging the car.

Really? That seems like a pretty bad idea. Why would they? Wouldn't that open the door for a lot of mistakes (putting badges on non-dual motor cars)?
You don't want to know. I got a VIN number assigned and scheduled for a 8/15 delivery. Then they sent me a new order agreement with regular long range AWD instead of the Performance model I ordered.
So now who knows when I am going to get my car.

No call, but just got initial contact from my ISA! She says I have a VIN (but didn't specify it) and that my car is in transit from Fremont to the regional hub in Birmingham.
