I nearly got those in Vic a while back, you beat me to them
I also tried it out on the website and saw TSLA was available but figured since it was going to be 4-5 years before I could buy one I'd let it go. Surprised it hadn't already gone being the stock name and all. TeslaP was also available.
I love this one.
I just did a search and 'P85D' is available in NSW... surely someone will get on that soon?
Or a much cheaper option 'TES85D'

I know that 7 character personallised number plates are available for the Queensland market along with a hefty one off cost of over $3200

At least in Qld, if you hold onto the plate for more than 8 years, it is cheaper than the NSW system ( a 6 character personallised plate in Qld is cheaper still at around $2300 [or around 6 years annual fees from NSW] )

NSW takes the prize. $99 per year for standard format plates where you choose the content. All given to a private company with no tendering process. Hmmm.

Not sure why, but I have had my personalized plates for 30 years, and I am not expected to pay an annual fee. However, I am the exception, not the rule. It still cost me around $220 to remanufacture them for Red Devil. Seriously, for two bits of aluminium? Even painted aluminium!!
