I received a phone call from my Delivery Specialist in Las Vegas!!!!
Great experience.
He was very professional and patient. He said my vehicle was just finishing production and delivery should be in 2 weeks or less and that he would be able to get a more scecific estimate once I completed my final step (trade-in self evaluation)
He went over my details and texted me a link to complete the self evaluation of my trade-in. It involved supplying vin, body style, 3 photos of the exterior of our car from specific angles and a fourth of the interior (dashboard).
Plus a shot of the registration.
He also had me email a copy of the title as well.

How long after you received your vin did he call? I got my vin on friday and still waiting. I still need to do my trade in eval and credit application.
 
Interesting...they are making these vehicles in batches for sure...I have the same configuration (down to the tires) and a VIN in the same range. I will message you privately about delivery and quality. I suspect we may have similar experiences.
Very interesting. I wonder if this is how they've been manufacturing or if this is a change since Elon started sleeping at the factory

I actually called the phone number that is in the manage page for the Model 3 in MyTesla account, ‭(888) 518-3752‬, choosing the options for vehicle sales and then Model 3.
The resin I spoke to told me who my advisor was and gave me their email address on the same morning that I got my VIN number. (Saturday). At that time I was also told that my advisor was off until Monday. Email sent that morning.
Didn’t get a reply on Monday so I called the number again and they left him a message to call me.
So I was a little more proactive in getting things moving along.
Not to say that he wouldn’t have called me anyway on Monday which was his first day in the office after I receive my VIN.

I got super excited when I saw this since I have the same exact configuration on the same date and same location. No VIN for me yet. What time did you configure? I didn’t configure until 5pm local time. The wait for me continues!

I finished configuring at 10:16 AM. Hopefully it still won't be long for you! We finally are getting model 3's shipped to AZ, yesterday I checked and they had:

Red/aero 13XXX
Gray/Sport x 2 17xxx
Red/Sport 15XXX

On the lot...their first shipment of new model 3's since early/mid March.
