I ordered my long range MSM on 1/28/23. I am located in North Jersey close to Tesla Paramus Sales & Service Center.
Now that the Fed Rebate $7500 is available up to $80K I was thinking about changing my color to Red. My delivery date
is April 15 to May 19. I am concerned if I make that change that I will be further delayed???

I’m sure it won’t help you with your wait, but if you’re going to have remorse about the color, I say do it! I’d rather wait potentially a couple weeks longer knowing the specs were what you really wanted, rather than settling.

@stevemcb and @Starman420 , just curious if you had previously gotten a text about your vin coming in 1-2 weeks and when was that compared to today?
I received the text the day before stating the Vin would be issued within the next 1-2 weeks. The next day it arrived.
Curious too. Same order date and still no vin nor vin expect text
I also ordered on 2/3, msm/black and live about 90 miles from the Fremont factory and no vin/text yet. Thanks for the info.
