That's an impressive accident rate for FSD - how much is their robotaxi service earning members?

FSD accident rate, for the record (better than national average for human, even driving a Tesla which because of the automated features is almost 3X better than the national average).

Sucks when the actual data doesn't jive with your bear narrative, huh?

In the least surprising news ever

The year-end report can “no longer be relied upon,” Digital World told regulators, and the company is now developing a remediation plan to address the “material weakness” in its “internal control over financial reporting,” per the filing.

Digital World Acquisition also has not filed an earnings report for the first quarter of 2023, which is required for all companies listed on Nasdaq.

The company has until July 24 to submit a plan or be delisted from the stock exchange—the SEC can then accept or deny the company’s plan, and if it rejects it, Digital World can appeal.

A company not often mentioned is Samsara in the IoT field. Their products are top notch - my company uses the asset and truck telematics products, and really likes the platform. They almost broke even last quarter and likely will turn a profit this quarter. 40% YoY revenue growth. Well positioned within a fast-growing field - IoT industry applications.

They almost turned profitable this past quarter, but they for sure will this current quarter. Stock price up 45% since I posted this.

If Jeff Dahn is impressed with the company that's a strong endorsement. Company has a range of products including battery separator materials.
"I am impressed by META's technology to enhance battery performance through their NCORE™ and NPORE® battery materials which can have a positive impact in the fields of grid storage, electric transportation, and resource management for the energy transition," Dahn said.

Is there any requirement for Professor Dahn or META to disclose if that was a paid endorsement? Because it reads very stiff, like a statement drafted by a corporate PR team.

Let’s see. $100M market cap, stock price so low, they are going to be delisted unless they do a reverse split, $6M in cash, loses $18M a quarter, no product sales to speak of, just contract revenue. No strategic investors. Hmmm. Pass.
