My July 85D with 16.5k miles is now back up to 240 miles rated range at 90%. So from July till now it went from 245 --> 234 (mid January) --> 240. I'm the only driver of the car, so the biggest difference seems to be the climate.

Me, too. May 85D (Inventory vehicle, delivered July 3) started at 244, dipped to 237 over the Minnesota winter, and after the past several weeks of warmer weather is back up to 241.

sounds off by a factor of 10 ;)
Haha no I'm 100% serious. I just got the car a few days ago so there's little to no degradation.
meh. I'm more impressed by the report from the future:
Early 2103 S85 with 60,000 miles. 90% is 238 miles. "B" battery

2013 S85, "D" pack, 25780 miles. presently getting 232mi @ 90% SOC. Used to get 234 reliably, then changed my charging habit during this past winter, so I could charge the last few % in the morning to warm up the pack (Bad Idea, as it turns out, for RR).

After the last firmware upgrade - to 2.12.22 - it seemed to go back up to 234... but no - somehow the car was flipped to Range Mode. When switched back to Standard, I'm still at 232. (VT says: 231.6 RR, 246.2 Estimated, 267.0 Ideal).

:(

so, like mknox, I've switched back to displaying % SOC and (sorry, I just had to get this out of my system) now my 90% is.... 90%.

I have a 2013 P85 with 22,000 miles. For the first two years I was charging to 70% unless I went on a long trip. My 90% dropped to 218. For the last 6 months or so I have been charging to 90% and it has slowly increased to 223. I haven't tried a deep cycle to see if I can gain more.

Just a quick update. This weekend I went on a long trip where I charged to 100% and travelled to ~20 miles remaining twice. This morning my 90% was 229. Going in the right direction.

Before my trip to Arizona a few weeks ago, I did a 100% charge and then my 90% went from 226 to 227 (same as it was when new).

But in the last week, it suddenly decreased from 227 to 225. It's been much colder so maybe the actual temperature of the battery matters.

Maybe adding the 1600 miles I just did on my trip aged it enough to drop more. I don't know. It's a small enough amount that's in the noise so non of it probably means anything. I'm sure the battery has degraded far more than that in the last 9 months / 14K miles but that it just doesn't show up.

Still able to pull 415KW at 90% if the battery is warm, so the internal resistance hasn't increased.

18K miles and I'm down to 222 despite the temperature going up. It's dropped 3 miles in just a few weeks :(

S85 delivered March 2014 P321XX

Just crossed 46000 miles today, my 90% stops at 241 rated range (was down to 237 this winter but raising with warmer temperatures... and maybe firmware updates). I do bring it close to 10-15 miles left when doing long trips and then supercharging to 100%, maybe it helps to have an accurate read of the battery SOC.

My 90% rated range is now down to 240 miles for my September 2015 90D.

I'd be interested to hear what other 85D drivers with 6 month to 2 year old cars are seeing for their 90% rated range.
I typically charge to 80%, but at 10k miles about 3.5k miles ago, my last 90% charge yielded 239 miles
I have never range charged as of yet. My daily 80% charge has declined from 214 to 212.
My 85 D was manufactured in June of 2015. I bought it with 1200 miles in November and since then have put 12k miles on it.

(Please note that I was not attached to the logging server until the date listed below (12/28) so my prior 80% were not logged here)
