Nope, and I just found out from our building company that I probably need to cancel my order becuase the purchase took too long and I’m having to apply for financing on the home before financing the Tesla.

You aren’t supposed to show up to closing on any new home with “surprise” debt. A 50-70k would be that closing in jeopardy.

Just because you have a home mortgage isn’t an indication for approval, good or bad.

Got the same text. Asked my SA to put my order on hold till February (fingers crossed the house stuff is figured out by then) and possibly pay cash.

Since my original EDD was Feb - March ‘23 they were able to put my order on hold till February 1st.

No VIN yet and the EDD is still Dec2-30.
