I'll have to disagree. I use NOA frequently for long trips, 700+ miles, requiring multiple charging stops, 6 or more, with no issues. MS FSD, MCU1 with eMMC upgrade, HW3 FSD computer. YMMV

I did with no issue. Not planning on MCU2 upgrade unless my MCU1 fails. The only thing I use MCU for is Navigation, Spotify and Tune in. Performance is perfectly fine. I plan on trying dashcam I'll see how that goes. Can't imagine using MCU for internet or Netflix or games.

A6 really? Might want to rethink that. My brother-in-law has an A6 that has been nothing but a nightmare. Surely there is an A6 forum. If I were interested in an A6 I check that out. His experience could be isolated case. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Very true. However the post I quoted made a general statement saying one of the reasons to purchase new over pre-owned was rebates. There are more states that don't then do. I'm not sure about the rest of the world. It could be that more countries over rebates then don't but probably not.

The difference between your choice and the choice OP asked about is 2016 20K less than new and 2018 20K less than new. That IMHO is a significant difference. Two years newer for essentially the same cost differential and addional battery, drive motor warranty.

Unless the extra cost is a real problem I'd take new hands down. There are signicant difference between 2016 and 2020. That's just my opinion and worth no more than you paid for it. Good luck.

Cruise control and auto pilot have always worked down to zero. The vehicle in from of me slows down and stops so does my S. When it starts moving so does the S. Definitely not new with 2019.40.1.1
