You don't need to have any reason for rejecting the car, you can just reject / return it for a full refund within 7 days / whatever the max miles is...
You will of course jump back to the end of the queue though if you do

Unlikely as they still aren’t advertising that spec even for new orders. But I am pretty sure the vin range I saw elsewhere was lower than 75xxxx for the “model Y spec alignment” switch
I have 754xxx too and on the Glovis Sun, keeping everything crossed it’s the wireless charger as well

Just did a quick search, anecdotal evidence (sorry don’t have time to trawl all of TMC !!) is cars made after 1 June, or maybe VIN 72xxxx + should come with the updated USB-C and wireless charge spec - but that is me replaying other info on here so YMMV !

Not the end of the world for me, as have already purchased a wireless charger. I’m VIN 748*** and will report here on delivery - (but am one of the later Glovis Sun deliveries)
Ordered a M3 LR W/W on the 9 July, got text today. Delivery at Leeds on the 4 September.
Ordered an Andersen A2 home charger on the 16 July took delivery on the 30 July waiting for an appointment to install the charger. That was much faster then the delivery time on Andersen’s website.

I got a similar car on order, LR white and black interior, order 27th July and been told mid September for delivery.
I thought I'd been forgotten too having ordered on the 21st April and the web page suggested June delivery.
I had a Tesla wall charger installed mid June but still no word from Tesla.
I bagged a test drive from Tesla's Southampton hub mid July, still no word.
Then bingo, got the text yesterday from Tesla saying book your collection date.
I have a collection date of 7th September ... and all is finally good

That is good news! I am not sure which charger to get, Tesla, Pod-Point or Zappi...

I ended up going for the Pod Point, I have got the OLEV grant towards it (which you don't get with Tesla's), and no earthing rod needs to be installed like the Zappi but it is quite a bit cheaper!
If I had a solar install, I would have gone for the zappi.

Got mine this morning - delivery on the 11th
This lines up with what I've been told.. My delivery is on 13th and I was told to expect a text on the 8th (Saturday).
