Is there a quick way to see what superchargers near me could even support 250kW?

As far as we know only Hawthorne has two V3 stalls. Also the supercharger in the Tesla factory in Fremont will soon have eight V3 stalls, but the conversion is not yet complete. We don't know of any V3 site built from scratch. There is a rumor that Henrietta will be V3, but the cabinets that arrived there show V2.5 on their labels.

I suspect the near-term difference on V2 stalls will be what was seen with 19.15.11, the test version of the V3 charging profiles. It amounts to a faster ramp up and basically 50% faster charging above ~60% SoC. It will be noticeable but not a day-night difference.

What happen if the update kills something during the weekend? Sorry the Service Center is not available on the weekend. That is the reason they don’t push new update.

that's the reason they push to the EAP program, and that you have an oncall rotation.

Someone deploys the code and checks the logs for anomalies.

Someone checks the error logs/bug reports for any larger issues, and if it goes sideways, someone gets a phonecall.

but they can deploy on a weekend, and they would probably prefer that.

if they accidentally crippled the fleet, probably better to do it at 4am Sunday morning than say...8am on Monday.
