Well, it’s Tuesday…. Still DOA.I expect 2022.20.1 to show up by Tuesday.
That wasn’t my experience. Less than a week after delivery they had us update to 2022.16.1, and then another week or two and they updated us to 2022.16.2. We've had the car less than a month.Look, for everyone who posts, "BuT I GoT MY CAr ANd IT UPdatED iN 4 dAys!?!?!":
Congratulations, but you are not in the majority. Just because you know a guy who smoked 3 packs a day from age 14 and lived to 95 doesn't mean smoking doesn't do lung damage.
The point is MOST newly delivered cars seem to not update for whatever reason for a month-ish. Does it mean 100% every single car? NO. But when a new owner comes here on day 1 of having the car and looking for "WHy DoN't I HavE the LATest UpDAte???" it's way more helpful to provide their most likely expected experience, which is "it will take a few weeks"
At least for now. I would say 2022.16.2 has for me so far been a really solid, great update. I can understand why Telsa would want cars to be on it quickly, compared to previous versions.Perhaps Tesla are speeding up the process
Service centers indeed can push a firmware redeployment to your car. However they have ZERO control over which version is deployed. This is not true. Tesla SC can push an update to you.
No, still broken.Does this new software fix the issue of not being able to scroll through radio stations favorites with your left scroll wheel (pushing to left or right)?
It should be available on any car with AP3. (So yes, it should be.)Anyone know if green light chime is available on a Model S Raven?
I got so excited when the update showed up today. Then I saw it was 2022.16.3 . Hopefully next week.2022.16.3 downloading now.
So I guess it’s a wait.
“Two weeks” is the correct answer hereI got so excited when the update showed up today. Then I saw it was 2022.16.3 . Hopefully next week.
Ha, ha. Most of us have to wait for 2022.20.1 anyway.“Two weeks” is the correct answer here
