Oddly enough, I just checked the My Tesla page and it says my car is in production! Didn't receive an email...that's the odd part. From everything I've read on this forum, it seems like most people get emails and their My Tesla page doesn't update...mine is opposite.

Same here. I was waiting for an email, but not so far.
After seeing this post, I just checked my Tesla page and saw it's in production.

Opposite for me. Saw the X in production last night on the website but no email.

DS told me I should be getting delivery within 2 weeks with delivery right at the factory.

Ordered July 12. 60D white/tan. Upgraded to 6 seater Aug 23. (really wanted 5 seater with coil, but couldn't resist 1/2 off to upgrade and get the Model X this year.) VIN 189xx.

Received email last night, Sept 16, that your Tesla has entered production. Hope to take delivery before the end of September.

Glad to see the California rebate is back. Getting $2,500 makes the deal even sweeter.

I'm 189xx 60d too with a six seater with sas. They might have been factory buddies. My DS just called me to schedule delivery appointment for 27th

VIN 0175XX - 60D, 6seat, air suspension. (sales rep at showroom told me Tesla is prioritizing those with 6/7 seat and air suspension)

Ordered Aug 6, car was ready for delivery 1st week of Sep. I was traveling when car arrived, picked it up on Sep 15th.

Tesla has not made any with 5 seat and coil suspension. Don't know when that's going to happen.

so i have order placed late august for mid november delivery because of lease waiting to expire so you think I should get a enter production somewhere first second week of October btw we are both in New Jersey u didn't get sub zero package?

What does the VIN matter? I've heard it's not relevant to your place in line.

Confirmed delivery date 9/27. By way of follow-up, after I had my date, I applied online for leasing. Had the approval within 24 hours, and had received email notification with options like annual mileage and money down, and how each choice would affect monthly payment the next day. Process was very efficient, including talking with the leasing specialist to confirm choices.

Projected delivery was initially late Oct- early Nov

Whoa. A 204 vin from confirmed to delivery 20 days... I'm a 189 vin X and getting delivered the same day. Confirmed 8/24 production 9/7-9/14 delivery 9/27 east coast

So I ordered on 9/2 and I got the VIN on 9/10. Told to expect delivery on 9/26 so it's pretty quick.

Ordered white on white with 6 seats, AP, SAS and SZ.

Took my MX60D yesterday at Tesla factory. Excited!!

Most of communications are done by DS. MyTesla page had not been updated almost until the delivery date.

Except a couple of issues (hard to explain, but window sealing rubber on driver side does not fit with windows - there was excessive rubber part // driver side window noise maybe due to the sealing problem // slight door misalignment between front/real doors on driver side), but overall it looked awesome.

Asked about charging 100%, but the appointed DS at the factory seemed new to Tesla and only gave me generic answer - charge only 90%....even for 60D.

No 2.0 hardware I am assuming... One of first deliveries I've seen after the 9/5 rumor date posted I believe so not just a repetitive question.

Any pics of the issues? Picking up my 60d X on 9/27 and would have a hard time finding that issue.

Did you take a test drive before signing?
