I've got spares from my EV Conversion project (TesLorean - Delorean with Tesla technology) that I cannot use (PTC too large for DeLorean, AC Compressor is CAN driven, BMC not needed). All the parts come from a salvaged 2017 MS 70D. Note : the AC Compressor and PTC Heater are CAN controlled. The Body Control Module may be of interest to Tesla Hackers (has all the connectors and pigtails).
The HV lines on the AC Compressor and PTC heater are cut, but all of the original wire is included. You can replace with your original wire or patch appropriately (with all due care - please only if you know what you are doing - at your own risk).
