Got approved same day, February 6th. Hopefully its not 90 days till reimbursements. I'll keep you all posted....

I may have, can't say for sure
You are required to allow them to access IRS income information and in our case we needed to order and give them a transcript from the IRS

We had an identity theft issue a few years back and now need to use an IRS provided pin. Due to that the Clear Air rebate was held up until we got them a transcript

But once we submitted the transcript it was literally approved same day

I received the rebate approval email yesterday, 3/22. They said that the check will be sent out within 90 days. Thank goodness that I don't have to do an income verification.
Paperwork submitted to CARB on 2/21, received approval on 3/22.
