We are aware of the current connectivity issues between the Mobile App and the Vehicle and are actively working on resolving the connection. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. If you are unable to access the vehicle and do not have your key fob you can contact our Roadside team for lockout assistance. Please be aware this service would require a manual lockout that may not covered under the Roadside Policy.

Doesn't seem like it was related to something intentional. And as a side note: I'm just thankful I wasn't out joyriding without my keys. This outage should serve as a reminder that things aren't perfect yet, and always keep your key handy.
