Got it figured. The purchase of the car was linked to Tesla account I set up 4 years ago and forgot about! I’d set up a new account. But the car went to the old account which I recalled.

We had some issues getting our charger to show green also. After scanning the QR code on the pamphlet we had trouble loading up the website. You need to keep trying, then once the website loads make sure you change the country to Australia first. Once we did this it went green. Then you set how many amps etc.

I can remember if it says this in the instructions or not, but try switching your phone over to mobile data rather than using your home wifi while trying to connect to charger.

I’m actually going to try and forget this page (like my original Tesla account from years ago!!) for a while.

One final question if I may. Do Tesla start bombarding you with mail now? Physical stuff to my letterbox? Or is it all electronic? I ask as I travel a lot and my letterbox is small, and often unattended for weeks. Every one else I’ve “trained” to just email now, but not Tesla - yet.

Tesla communicates electronically, and you're unlikely to hear anything from them until a vin has been assigned
The lack of communication is one of the big issues with Tesla, and why everyone on here obsessively checks their account / source code for changes!

Jason Yang video is out, looks there are barely any cars , hopefully all of them are already in port waiting to be loaded into morning clara

Jason Yang video is up of the 7th July. The big yard are LHD. You can see drivers getting in. There are very few. Possibly emptying out what was there?

The weird side yard remains and there is:

1. A different layout of colours, and
2. A black M3 driving in to park.
3. A guy getting in the LHS near the chargers but appears to get in the back seat?
4. More driving in and out activity going on. Big yard looks static.

So what was there last week has gone and what is in there is being filled on the 7th. They appear to be driving in to charge and driving out toward the test track.

Again very few. But who knows how many times it has filled and emptied.

Trying to identify if the side yard are in fact RHD.

At 9:05. A guy appears to get in a RHD car at the charging stations next to the weird side yard! The dribble of vehicles seems to match the rate of vin allocations however.

The 7th is only the 3rd day from reopening too. So maybe only 1-2 days from actual production starting. Also odd that there are clearly LHD and RHDs. Maybe switching between the two isn't a big deal at all?

How many amps should I put in??

Installer should have asked you for WiFi password etc to add it to there.

Otherwise....
Follow instructions on the installation. Such as
Connect Phone to SSID: TeslaWallConnector_[YYYYYY] with password: [printed on instructions under "WPA2"]
once connected go to http://192.168.92.1 on the phone
Set up power, home wifi, etc

Heard of sparkies throwing away the packaging - hence the barcode - and having to have the wall charger opened again to access the info. Grrrrrr.

QR code on the front of the pamphlet. Don’t throw it out either , only way to connect without pulling the unit off the wall

Take a photo of the barcode and put it in a safe place with all the rest of the photos you will no doubt take of your new car when you get it!
