BMW already has something that change colors. Just whit and black for now. I feel it's not far away.

I think governments backed by Law Enforcement would block this unless all vehicles have GPS tracking, would make tracking a vehicle used in a crime more difficult to identify if the colour can be changed with the click of an app.

Just accepted mine. Was checking due to so many VINs around my Order date of 01/02 RWD
At 2:54 pm no accept. Then at 2:55 an accept option.

Hmmm, it did swap over to the US site at some point (presumably in the acceptance of Tesla Vision etc).

AU wording says will upload invoice to my account - so I assume it is the document links.

I am not sure what algorithm was used for "similar VINs" but it is interesting that they purport to know where they went.

Interesting on two counts.
- I would have thought similar VINs would be shipped to similar parts of the world (thinking from a production batch perspective)
- And they know where they went!

Exactly at 2:55. Checked several time today. Was looking at the app at 2:54 clicked through and nothing. Then tried a different browser and there it was 1 min later

Was checking more than previous days and it finally paid off. Just got an update on my Tesla App to acknowledge change then, found hidden VIN 6099** with build tag of 15/07/22 EDD Aug 27 to Sep 5.

I also got an email from a Tesla “brisbaneregistration” address asking for the amended document to be attached as a reply. Have held off as I’m getting personalised plates and so also need to return another updated form that hasn’t appeared in the portal yet

Protecting the garage from the car?

A few years back I found something similar at Clark Rubber. They were self-adhesive strips about 1.5' x 6". I stuck them on the brick wall of the garage where the car doors opened. Not sure if they still have them, but it could be an alternate to ordering online.
