How do we go about playing music from a USB with the centre console port no longer doing data? My understanding is there is only one data port in the glove box (used for the camera recordings)?

I understand that you can use the same USB storage for music and for sentry/recordings. Just make sure it's a big one

We've driven both.

My wife prefers the space of the Y for carting things around. I prefer the AWD and acceleration of the 3. A Y LR would be the best of both worlds.

It's likely you would lose more than gain more, eg., removal of USB data in console, lumbar support, dedicated graphics card etc.

I've seen some people try to argue that the Ryzen runs hotter and draws more battery usage. But I'd imagine the difference is negligible at best

When they started firing the ryzen chip, all existing orders at the time had to accept a reduced range due to the chip drawing mor power

Honestly what annoys me the most is that in June they produced some ridiculous number of cars. Like over 70,000 and they seemingly refuse to produce a few thousand for Australia. It's not that they can't produce our cars. It's that they won't. Grumble.

Why likely? They assigned all the Ys already and prior to WA they assigned 3s to the rest of Australia. Then assigned WA. The ship is carrying those Ys and those 3s. Why would they assign all of those and leave a bunch unassigned?

Our best hope is that they are in fact continuing M3 production until Monday. Passama docks in Shanghai on Tuesday. So hopefully we get a big assignment over the weekend for that. Though some later delivery estimates indicate that some are already assigned to the Passama shipment.

If we don't, then i'm afraid all past evidence and performance points to a bump to the export production run in Sept/Oct. Unless they have wildly changed their approach to export and domestic production scheduling.

I fear you are right. If we don't start getting a wave of RWD VINs between now and Wednesday, we may well have missed the boat for Q3 (pun intended).
