Thinking out loud about the new EDD’s coming through for future orders. This must indicate someone at Tesla is doing some forward planning and has reason to assign a bunch dates to orders. As accurate as the dates are, I wonder as well, if anyone who has an existing EDD window has had it change at all (except those who have a VIN)?

I have a VIN and my EDD has remained stable for ages: 9-19 August

I’m turning 50 in September (this year), so it would be nice if I got mine then but I’m not holding my breath!

My EDD range starts 10 days after my 50th...

I suspect the delivery centre is still a few weeks away from being ready but we'll all have to collect it instead of home delivery.

I checked first this morning and had the blank space, and then checked an hour ago and had the 6-9 months text.

My app now showing Aug-Nov 2022 so looks like an Adelaide center is imminent

I just checked my app and I finally have an EDD in Adelaide. Looks like our store/delivery centre must almost be complete.

I guess I’ll be picking up my car now rather than it being delivered.

Google search gives 34 Francis St, Port Adelaide SA 5015 - not sure if this was an older (temporary) one or whether this is where we will be going?

That address looks like Symons and Clark transport. I'm guessing they have the contract to truck them here, and Tesla lease some space there until they are all picked up.

Disappointing for me that I don't have Aug-Nov, and instead I have the 6-9 months. That might mean that I could be after November and miss out on the next shipment.

I dont know if Tesla maintains warranty for the glass panel on non OEM racks. The rack attachment goes under the panel.

Yes, having spent 5 years fighting VW on roof leaks which I eventually won by going legal on them, I'm keen to not risk anything on this point.

I am interested in getting roof racks and figured the tessories one would be okay, how different to OEM can it be? Wonder if the SA's would actually know the answer to "When will they be in stock?" .. the price difference between the two shops is quite considerable...

I haven't bought any accessories yet, I do have a list.. and they'll be from the non-oem site mentioned above. I have checked a few others out, but the price difference can be huge..

I did ask my SA in Perth, they had no idea. At least being honest, if they said 2 months I wouldn't believe it.
