cant say they are all coming but there sure was a lot. SA said that entire warehouse was today and most of tomorrow's deliveries. probably 90% 3's and a few Y's

It was only ever a USA market issue that became an unnecessary rumour in Oz.
Doesn't look like it at all. It will start raining VINs tomorrow.
So I just lost my 2.99% interest rate. I’ve saved an extra 7k waiting but. Hopefully this equals out.

Saw a truck with six teslas travelling north on pacific hwy near Grafton at about 6.30 tonight. Headed for Brisbane maybe? Was a mix of 3s and Ys (I think - was dark and raining, had to concentrate on where I was going!)

Is this through Skid Control? I'm obviously completely clueless, but how does it work in an all wheel drive car without a handbrake? Do you just disable traction control, turn the wheel and then plant it, to break traction?
I was thinking about this the other day. How does regenerative braking affect response to loss of traction etc. Would be different to a non-regen car of course, but interested to hear in what way/to what degree.
I thought skid pans were done by raising corners off the ground to simulate loss of grip. Have never been but would give it a go if there was one in VIC. Off to Google now...
