Does the Tesla maintain the cruise control speed (e.g. set to 70 on a 70km/h limit rd) when the car is traveling downhill?

My Audi S3 maintained cruise control downhill very well, while some cars of other friends/family didn't, and they end up speeding therefore need to use the brakes.

You can have it like your phone, auto dark mode etc

Yep, and unlike my Audi that has got worse over the years and ends up speeding, the Tesla is on the money all the time.

When the m3 is using regen to maintain the set speed going down a hill, does the brake lights come on? Do the brake lights come on when 1 pedal driving and your speed is decreasing like in traffic?

This and also for adaptive cruise control, If car in front slows down, does M3 flash brakes when it also slows to maintain distance?

The brake lights come on when the deceleration rate exceeds some set value.

yeah, the auto setting worked very well for my trip. I didn't get back till near midnight and had zero issues with the screen, can't say I even noticed when it went into dark mode, so definitely wasn't annoying at all.

So Malaysia have their vehicles on the way, Japan just started receiving their VIN's so presumably being loaded, we can't be far away now!

Interesting that these were being loaded up at the Nangang Terminal, the one closer to the Gigafactory. That's where those videos of the European cars were filmed. I read it was just for European shipments but clearly not. Might be interesting to see where Morning Crystal docks this week.

I can see 'Morning Champion' about to dock there now, but can't find any itinerary for that one.

There is quite a queue of cars on the dock, could be some are waiting for the next ship - I can see two Ultra Reds sitting side by side @Jules22 They could be ours! haha.

Japans EDD window starts from Dec so I guess it lines up. I feel that our VINs should be assigned around mid Dec, especially RWD early September orderers.
