Disney world has opened in Florida.
If ever there was a test of whether some behavior changes and outdoor activity is safe, this is IT.
At a minimum, the photos of everybody wearing masks and having fun might turn out to be more persuasive in getting fumbduck America to get with the program than all the public health officials have managed.
Not neccessarily "more deadly". I doubt Kazakhstan has healthcare standards of first world. This is coming from the Chinese embassy in Kazakhstan and the government there is denying it, but it might mean something
Deadly 'unknown pneumonia' outbreak in Kazakhstan is probably undiagnosed COVID-19 | Live Science
If the death rate is higher from this outbreak, it's possible this is a more deadly mutation of COVID.
Saw this video online of a group that was at the first day of reopening.
Heart disease and cancer are missing from the list.
Kazakhstan has been identified as world hot-spot for a while now.
Heart disease and cancer are missing from the list.
Translation: But but but people die for other reasons so COVID-19 is faaake.Heart disease and cancer are missing from the list.
Maybe because they know it's 2.8 million?People are stunned when I tell them that 2.1 million people die in U.S. every year.
Nope.CDC weekly death rate shows that we are back to normal deaths per week at beginning of june.

No idea what you are talking about, but leaving off heart disease and cancer is a major omission. Anyone that has followed this thread beyond a cursory amount should be aware that I'm well aware of how real this virus is.Translation: But but but people die for other reasons so COVID-19 is faaake.
It shows the exponential increase in COVID19 deaths compared to other diseases. And in fact if every other country besides the US and a handful of other idiot countries, hadn't managed to control the spread it would show substantially faster growth.I also don't see any use in comparing covid to other forms of death. just not sure how, at all, that's relevant.
creeping whataboutism, is what that is.
we could compare a country or a region's response to covid - to another country/region. that's a same-to-same playing field. we could sort of compare covid to the 1918 pandemic. but to bring in other noise issues seems either intellectually dishonest or uninformed.
(oblig: "why not both?")
10% higher death rate when this year is over. Higher deaths going forward into next year even with the vaccine because of delayed treatment of cancers and heart disease. Not to mention world wide extreme poverty rates rolling back to 1980's levels. What a mess.Maybe because they know it's 2.8 million?
Nope.
The data they've received SO FAR for the first week of June is at 102% of normal. Data is still trickling in. That week (ending 6/6) will be 108-110% of normal by this time next month.
Here's what that CDC table showed exactly four weeks ago. The corresponding week, ending 5/9, increased 3750 since then.
"The “Black Lives Matter” movement is partnered with the nonprofit group, Thousand Currents. This is important because the Vice Chair of the Thousand Currents nonprofit, is Susan Rosenberg. Susan Rosenberg is a convicted terrorist. In 1985, Rosenberg was convicted for possessing hundreds of pounds of explosives. She and her organizations involved in multiple robberies, police officer assassinations, and bombings. Rosenberg was sentenced to 58 years in prison. She spent 16-years in federal prison before being pardoned by Bill Clinton on his last day in office. Now, Rosenberg is leading the fundraising efforts for Black Lives Matter. ..." Big timeI wonder if the distancing measures adopted worldwide (well, almost worldwide) have also resulted in a lot less influenza deaths.
