Curious about car nick names...

Mine is definitely "Tessie". I say "is" because I know she is there waiting, even though I won't see her till Friday! And for some reason I am sure she needs to be called "Tessie" rather than "Tessy". Am I over-thinking this?

Overthinking? If I recall my wait for 'Tessa', thinking about anything else helps. Good luck Friday!

Mine is currently "Blue Kangaroo" based upon a story I used to read my kids where the blue kangaroo gets blamed for everything it's owner did wrong.... ;-)

It helps that the car is blue of course!

I still haven't been forgiven by my lovely wife for naming my car "Pussy". It was one of those things- the tech taking us thru the car at pickup and was chatting about the car like a beauty sleek desirable sexy women and the ultimate chick magnet - and ,well, it just popped out of my imagination..
Interestingly I often get a vote of support for the name after Ive taken guys on a joy ride.....

Waaalll...in that my nickname is Audie, the only appropriate name for an auto of mine is Audiemobile. And so it is.

I do have to admit, however, that the blankety-blank Audi always has caused a problem...I tell our German guests "Mein namen is nicht "Autobahn", sondern "Audubon". Und ich heisse nicht "Audi", sondern "Audie".

May not be the best German but then again, I don't speak it....
