I got an offer ot order a foundation series but I think I just want a regular one. I'm going to place the order for the beast version to see if I like it better than my hummber. 120 grand though.

ETA I just noticed it includes FSD so that's sometihng I guess. I also had to pay a grand deposit unlike the 250 I see others here have paid.

Are you implying that while Tesla knows that you are the last person who would order a Foundation Series but yet they still sent you an invitation to configure, therefore they must be having difficulty filling the orders?

Took delivery 3/30/24. Overall really fun but a nightmare keeping fingerprints off the doors when exiting. Unless you push them shut using the windows, you might want to carry a Handy-Wipe. No FSD or lane-assist update yet so it's all hand steering and paying serious attention to both the road and adjacent vehicles.

Even with FSD you need to pay serious attention to both the road and adjacent vehicles. This system is not fully autonomous and approved by regulators, and you will be at fault if you cause an accident.

Ordered FS yesterday here. They are gonna make a ton of these all year likely I'd say.

Ironically they will end up being the worst CTs in time as they will fix issues, add small adjustments, etc pretty quick.
