There's a lull in new VINs...it was the same also in October. They're probably trying to produce some for overseas customers right now...and then they'll focus on US again.
Maybe the next batch will be 2024 VINs? Who knows?

Yah u got it figured ignore the Tesla EDD
They threatened I need to schedule pickup the next day or vin will be reassigned and latest date was Friday ridiculous since it was before my EDD so I'm trying to get fed choice loan(at the new worse rate I lagged) but having trouble getting membership they require crazy amount of info want a picture off my ss card which of course I can't find tearing the house apart. Have mixed feelings feels stupid picking up a car that model year will be year old in like a month.

Well that is why I asked. And you live in South Dakota? It is crazy they give you a short window. As soon as your car was built you should have been notified - probably take 5-10 days to deliver to SC. I already signed up with FedChoice and got pre approved.
