Honestly? It might.
At this point, after users and advertisers have already quit the platform, he's like an abusive boyfriend begging his ex to come back after she's already dumped him.
I'd prefer he get some help. The impulsiveness is out of control. He has shown pretty poor judgement over the last several months. I'd prefer the old Elon as Tesla CEO, but that person doesn't exist right now.
That capital raise for Twitter is going to go swimmingly now.

Well now we have bullied Elon away from Twitter, now we get to live with it. Let's hope we like the bed we made... Another thing not taught in schools is how to overthrow a tyrant. When your father is sleeping with your girlfriend, when the king is sleeping with the princess, when dictator is living in luxury while the people are living in poverty etc, these are a good reasons to kill the tyrant. When you are young and think you know how to run system better that's not a reason, not understanding the system fully, that's a bad reason to kill the tyrant. Then when you have burnt the ruler at the stake you stand there and realize that now you have to rule. Now you have to become the tyrant yourself. Now you realize how hard it is, what a good job the old leader did and suddenly everything goes downhill, people are suffering and it's all your fault.
