First P85D adopters stuck in black hole

One of my two black hole cars emerged. This one went into production on 11/25. Delivery scheduled for 12/25 (no kidding).

Congrats on finally getting a date. Wouldn't surprise me if you really get Christmas Day delivery...I've heard it happen before but that's a hell of a commitment for a DS to work on the holiday.

Did they actually speak to someone or receive an email from a human with that delivery date?

My web portal still shows "Late December" even though I completed earlier today, and no contact yet from my DS, or any automated email for that matter.

Certainly seems like that some times! From our TMC selection I was one of the first couple of builds and one of about 2 that actually completed the first time around. Still in Production (although technically I'm reordering I can still see the car for now). It will be interesting to see where 63011 ends up. Maybe if a future forum member gets it I'll find out if it had quality issues or not.

Yes, my DS called me to set up the delivery date. Christmas morning!

Wouldn't be surprised. Aside from MarcG who has travel constraints, none of the other 11/21's have taken delivery it seems.

Good to see I'm not losing my mind. I've been stuck "In Production" since mid November. My DS continues to cling to his 12/19 Delivery Date but I don't see that happening. I did however just receive my final paperwork so anything is possible.

Congrats! Finally some good movement at the factory. But I wish they would show us 11/21 folks some more love! Maybe they're prioritizing deliveries that have to travel further.

I figured out what the problem is. They are swapping the Panasonic cells with Duracell, one cell at a time.

Or, the batteries were plugged in backwards. Don't you hate it when that happens?
