I am so confused. I ordered 7 seater mats and 7 seater frunk/trunk. That should be what I’m getting. I did see the message that the 7 seater frunk is coming later. I’m confused that it looks like we are getting 5 seater frunk/trunk and that they may be offering 7 seater in the future? They offered 7 seater frunk/trunk when I ordered back in May.
Hello, for the sake of minimizing order complexity, we are labeling ALL revised floor mats as the same at this point. I do not believe you should be receiving any trunk or frunk mats. If you are, please send me your order number asap so that I can correct this.
 
I’m totally confused. I pre-ordered (order number 1080) in February a set of floor mats for a 2021 5 seater Y and been patient till today.
I don’t want to skip the line and jump ahead of anyone but I see newer order being shipped out and I’m still waiting for a tracking number.
What exactly is going on?
Yours is done. It was loaded on a carrier truck.

I manually replaced that this morning. It was assigned the wrong sku and sent to a "backorder" list.
It is shipping tomorrow.

Just checking in again as it's now Thursday and I haven't seen any shipping notification for the order that was promised to ship on Wednesday.
Can you confirm order 2044 (originally 1261) did actually ship and if not provide another random guesstimate as to when it will ship?

Received my fedex tracking info from fedex and via text from TShields. Fedex currently shows delivery for next Wednesday. I look forward to receiving the product and (hopefully) posting a very positive review on the product itself.

It has been a pleasure working with you. I apologize for the hiccups along the way. But I’m glad we were able to sort it out and put this behind us.
