Ok, so got a chance to install the mats after letting them sit to flatten out and the fit is not great. Front to back fit seems pretty good, but I have finger width gaps on the sides, and the drivers mat doesn’t go all the way up the foot rest.

Your fit is definitely a bit off. Did you already email me with your packing slip and what year/make your tesla is?

Ordered these mats for my 2021 M3 and they’re exactly as I expected, very satisfied with them. Although I did receivethe wrong frunk mats, Tesla Shields has been in constant communication in correcting it. Couldn’t be happier!
Yeah we're really stumped on why some people are getting incorrect frunks but we're going to either get everyone with the wrong frunks to swap (at our cost ofc!) or send new ones. For now, just keep the current ones to offer some protection until we figure the best solution.

What on earth does this even mean? How do I “put them higher” as I said the front to back fit is good it’s the gaps on the sides that are a problem.
Depending on which coast you’re in. If you are in the west coast, within 2 days. If you are in the east coast 3-5 days.
My mats arrived earlier this week. ( i was an early pre order customer). Large box. Same crease at top of drivers side mat. Let the mats sit in the sun for entire day. All mats got their shape back, but the crease is still there. However, once installed? The crease is so far up under the dash no one sees it and it doesnt impact any function. And I suspect it may slowly start to fade over time anyways.

This is why y’all’s orders aren’t shipping. They’re too busy being childish on here. They kept disliking a post of mine the other day over and over. I kept getting a notification for the same post. so I disliked some of theirs. now they are going on a spree. it’s pretty funny to me and I’m just sitting here eating my popcorn watching the show. feel bad for yall that are having so many issues.
