Is the fart horn gone too?

I know that the driving sound is gone (no more Mr. Softee while cruising). However, did they remove the fart sound from the horn while moving as well? Every time I try to turn on the fart sound for the horn and then switch to the car to drive, the toggle button automatically turns off. The fart sound is unable to be selected until I put the car back into park. I’m running the newest version of FSD beta.

I remember watching Star Trek as a kid and thinking 'one day, I'll have a phone like they do!'. I also remember thinking, 'one day, I'll have a car that farts!'. Oh well, one step forward and two steps back I guess.
