so they’re talking nonsense? He posted about getting a VIN for a white interior on 2/29 as well.
someone get this man a cookie and a balloon!!Remember over 1 month ago I said I was told by a secret source that we won't be getting our white interiors until June and everyone called me bullshit and talked smack? How's your Apr - Jun delivery date feel now, dumbasses. No one is getting their white interior car for a very, very long time. June is being very optimistic. Don't hold your breath. They are having major factory delays along with supply chain issues that take months to resolve. Goodluck to those waiting.
And get him a life. What an A**hole!someone get this man a cookie and a balloon!!
Tomorrow we will find out @11:30. Wish me luckOK, so has anyone taken delivery with a successful FSD transfer post-3/31 yet? I still don't have a delivery date (EDD 4/7-4/15) @Jaycha2 ?
Maybe have the tech look at that stalk buttons too? You shouldn’t have that issue and at least from others reporting on here and other forums, it doesn’t appear to be the norm.Just a short update on my ownership: 240 miles in 2 days! One issue i noticed upon delivery day is the alignment of the hood/frunk body panel. Not noticeable at first glance. Rear bumper is very tight, but i think it’s normal. Worried the paint will chip in the fender/rear bumper areas over time, due to panels being that tight. Car is being looked over tomorrow at the SC.
Only actual issue i’ve had is with the turn signals. I LOVE the steering wheel buttons, no stalks agenda. But the buttons sometimes just fail to click or activate anything. It’s at least consistent that a click means on, and no click means nothing registered w the car, but it’s weird that they sometimes don’t work. Maybe like 5-10% of the time.
Overall very happy w this purchase. I was one of the people that hated gen1 with every cell in my body. The new model 3 is imo a very very very refined and significantly improved car.
I should reiterate that the button issue is very intermittent. (My other car is a BMW, so realistically what do I even know about indicators). I have updated the service request.Maybe have the tech look at that stalk buttons too? Try pressing the indicator button more towards the center of the wheel than the outside. I’ve found if I press the indicator towards the outside edge that it’s hit or miss if the button actually registers input. But more towards the inside edge of the button works more consistently, although maybe not 100% of the time.I should reiterate that the button issue is very intermittent. (My other car is a BMW, so realistically what do I even know about indicators). I have updated the service request.
From how it feels though, the button just has no clicking ability, kind of like something is blocking the push in. Haven’t noticed it with any of the other steering wheel buttons.
I recall someone a week or 2 ago saying theirs also felt like “sticky” buttons for the turn signals, was dropping insight to see if others will chime in again!
Will do! I read the same in the previously mentioned post on here, and when it wasn’t working i tried clicking to the outside, inside, and right on top of the indicator with no luck! A couple of seconds later it was registering from input in all three areas. Appreciate your reply and tip!Try pressing the indicator button more towards the center of the wheel than the outside. Saw this in the morning! But he was right about the feb fsd transfer before it showed up on tesla website. Seems like Tesla is making FSD transfer permanent (imho!)
Well if this is true (I suspect it is), then those of us with the delayed deliveries don't need to worry about having slipped past 03/31!
Bodes well for you Jay taking delivery today with a FSD transfer! .Saw this in the morning! But he was right about the feb fsd transfer before it showed up on tesla website. Seems like Tesla is making FSD transfer permanent (imho!)
