Do you know if your car has left the factory yet? Are they doing a home delivery or are you picking it up?Got financing done, insurance done, and delivery scheduled for Sat. Hopefully I can relax a little now. I’ll be checking tomorrow hoping for an AZ vin drop
They should add a counter to it so we can all compare how obsessive we are.How many times have I checked/refreshed my app today?.... yes
No update, a week away from my third EDD.
6/10: 612 to 6/25Thanks! May I ask what is your new EDD if you also switched from LR to P?
Yeah, I got a text right after I uploaded everything that said it was on its way. I scheduled home delivery. It’s all tentative though and could still technically get bumped for a variety of reasons. It said as much when scheduling itDo you know if your car has left the factory yet? Are they doing a home delivery or are you picking it up?
Also, to add to this in case it’s helpful for anyone… I was still able to get 2.74% through DCU, and Tesla insurance for 100/300/100 was $116/moGot financing done, insurance done, and delivery scheduled for Sat. Hopefully I can relax a little now. I’ll be checking tomorrow hoping for an AZ vin drop
seems like the bay area updates sucksAnother strange note: I never got any texts about my car being built, vin assigned or whatever like others generally get. I just had an abrupt change overnight to my EDD from 7/28-9/8 to 6/16-6/20 with VIN in the app and then text to schedule delivery. Absolutely zero consistency with tesla on these things.
Much better rate through Tesla than I'm seeing from the longer standing insurance companies. I'd want to dig into how Tesla handles claims, etc. before deciding whether to jump in and buy insurance from them. Also, to add to this in case it’s helpful for anyone… I was still able to get 2.74% through DCU, and Tesla insurance for 100/300/100 was $116/mo
Progressive for me is $118/moAlso, to add to this in case it’s helpful for anyone… I was still able to get 2.74% through DCU, and Tesla insurance for 100/300/100 was $116/mo

Tesla just sent a text to me. No one has called me eitherHell, now that I think about it i never even received a call after my order like most people do. Tesla never called me.
I agree.No 1 pm update for me

Really? I'm getting a much higher rate despite having a clean driving history and being middle-aged (that hurts me to say) and married.Progressive for me is $118/mo
