I really wish there were because that opening looks odd. What's that blackish piece connected to the blue trunk lid? Shouldn't it be nothing but air there?

Might just be what they are taking out, but if not then it's definitely something different from the alphas.

You are seeing the inside of the trunk lid. It appears smoother than I expected.

I went back to look and i don't think so. It's much thicker (wider?) than the trunk hinge arms.

It's a reality distortion field, it's actually bigger on the inside, but the field blocks you from seeing it.

Take heart, it took quite a while to see a MC Red and we've even seen a Sig Red. It's not July yet!

Many people are saying the metallic silver is too expensive and complex to put into production. (for Tesla at this time)

I still want it, of course. It's my favorite.

I believe that was the silver used on the prototype that was described in detail as a complicated process used on show cars and on rims. Midnight silver is a Model S color that hasn't been seen on a Model 3 yet. It is definitely a color I am interested in and should be possible on the 3 because it is the same cost as the other colors except multicoat red and the pearl white.
