That's not good . You would think they test for these things after production. If they did, and found issues, they could ship parts with the car for service center to do repairs.Just got a call from my DS saying there is a problem with my charge port so they need to order a part. It was received this past Saturday at the showroom, agree with you on this should have been found out before it was shipped.That's not good . Thanks for asking. As of 12/16, DS said no change for delivery date 12/28.Did you check with your DS on status? My car started production on 12/8 and was already built and in transit by 12/12. It was unloaded on 12/15 at my SvC but online status still shows “in transit”.

Most everyone is happy with the actual delivery and happier when they have the car.No one has called me so I called the Tampa Center and asked when is it going to be delivered. The gal there said it was delivered there. She said it was being prepped for delivery. So where is the DS(delivery specialist)? No one has called. I keep e-mailing and no one has contacted me.

I've been dealing with Springfield since day one. Only issue I had was my original DS was on vacation when my order was placed, when she came back she moved on, then the manager took my account over. I haven't had any issue with them yet. Aside from my delivery being delayed 1 week and that was for a valid reason. I'm totally happy with then to date.That's why I changed my delivery to paramus from springfield. Bigger place, better organized, and I was always able to get hold of someone on phone.

Had my delivery scheduled for tomorrow, however, DS asked if I wanted it tonight. Short story shorter, it's sitting in my garage!Just got off the phone with them, car is fixed and ready to go. Detailer still needs to do my Opticoat so we are sticking with Tuesday delivery.
