I just got an email asking for payment and a VIN but the amount isn’t discounted the 2K. DD is still Sep 2-9. I am out of town until Aug 31st so I don’t want to pay now anyway and don’t want delivery Sched until Sept. When did you see the order pg and amount to pay, reflect the pre-refresh 2K discount?

others say that the reduction will appear 2 days prior to delivery. that is what my Tesla loyalty advisor said as well, in writing in a couple of emails. So, should show up then. You can pay at the closing itself so you'll have some time in advance to confirm the discount is there. I'm due for pickup on Aug. 26, so I'll post my personal experience next week.

This is a big concern of mine as well. I am going to be pissed if they do that *sugar* to me.

i’m sad to say that they did a bait and switch on me and made me an offer for $1000 less after I got my vin then they did five days before I got my vin. Fortunately, I was able to get more through Caravan.

Well my June 6th ordered plaid/msm/black/wood/19s got to the dealer about 11pm I seen it right after it got off the truck pretty excited about picking her up

The 1TB was too expensive. Pretty much how I arrived at 500GB.

I believe that the USB C socket does not have a strong enough power supply to run a 1TB SSD

For those that don’t know, the Plaid model at least, comes with a 128gb Tesla thumb drive already. It’s plugged in the glove box slot.

The 128gb for the boombox and 1 SSD disk to record permanently during traffic in "crazy places" with density of vehicles driving any way

Not sure, my guess is Friday or possibly early next week. I am getting the plaid Saturday, knock on wood it is in good shape and doesn't test my trust in Tesla. By the way, the car is in good shape, very good paint I think, and good fit and finish and panel alignment.

@Kyle [CK] Could you share the Build Date of your car with the failed rear inverter? Thanks

Rhode Island law says no more than 70% tint, and you have to have a front license plate. So tomorrow I am removing the front license plate and dropping it off for 35% tint on Saturday.

Robot is there. Once it tears up one it's replaced with a hologram for the drone to see
