I think most Bluewater people are going to find they are now Staines. I only found out as I had to change my address and my order details were visible while they were making the change and I saw it was now Staines rather than Bluewater. I asked them about it and they said that was correct, my car would be at Staines.

where does it say your delivery location now in the app? since I completed most of my tasks I can't find it anymore!

I don’t see it either, but I know when I viewed the webpage source code (to look for a VIN) I could see the full delivery address, which for me is the Trafford centre.
If you are that bothered you could do the same and search for Staines / Bluewater to see which is listed.

I think that may be influence more by how many they are geared up to hand over per day (but the number who choose that location also relevant). Bluewater is a multi storey car park, and last time I was there they have over 200 cars waiting handover (likely that they could shift 200 in a day), and then a bit later people were complaining that Sahara sandstorm had meant their collection-cars were filthy - turns out they were on top-deck of the car park, so looks like Bluewater handover max capacity is at least 2 floors of the car park.
Southampton closer to port, but not central in the country, so my suspicion is that Bluewater (unless "Staines is the new Bluewater now ...) handles the most handovers.
I now have a May 2022 delivery date and a change from blue water to staines….not getting my hopes up that it won’t change again though ha
