Party at Picnic Creek - 2016 - Sunday, July 31st

Giveaways for attendees are starting to arrive Car covers, hang tags, coupons, wine, Tesla Supercharger for your phone ... and more yet to arrive. T-shirts, totes, pins, Tesla work pants, Stack Lighting home kits, gift bags from Tesla.

(Fun fact: The wine is from Petrified Forest - the same wine that @SpaceCadet presented to Elon Musk at the first conference ... and drank with him onstage.)

Hey folks:

We are looking for some volunteers to help out with the Party:

1. Parking Czar & Parking Volunteers- Help direct traffic to the designated larking area. Signage and safety vests will be provided but we need to make sure cars go to the assigned parking area and the local residents don’t get parking into or out of their homes! The more we have the shorter the shifts will be!
2. Clean-Up Crew Czar- Help manage trash maintenance and provide a crew to help clean up at 6PM following the picnic and after the concert. Once again, we want to be good stewards and allow the home owner to concentrate on packing rather than clean-up. The larger the clean-up crews we have the shorter the shifts and work will be! We will ask everyone to help manage this but need a main person to help police this!!
3. Pool/Lifeguard- Stay close to the pool and hot tub to keep it from getting too out of hand!
4. Games Czar- We are planning on providing a few games so just want someone to hang out and make sure these stay in their designated area and the pieces are parts are there after the picnic. Not too tough of a job!
