I wish they would add an option to turn off media. It starts auto playing music from my iPhone every time I get in the car or end a call. Was hoping v9 would improve this, but doesn't seem to, if anything it is worse.

Agree. My workaround is to set the media player on radio with the volume all the way down. Not very elegant.

blind spot monitoring wasn't necessary before creating a blind spot by hiding the rear camera view. Why have the rear camera view at all if you're going to just lock it behind my arm? It's a safety feature, not an app. I can live with the other changes but this one has left me wanting to downgrade.

Teslafi isn't showing much movement on AP2 32.2 cars... getting antsy. I wonder if I should call and ask.

I hate that I can't put the rear view camera on the top anymore, but it is worse that the rear camera view doesn't get pushed to the top or get a bigger window when reversing. It makes reversing a bit more challenging now.

I just came back here to correct my mistake about not begin able to remove the apps so that you get full screen nav. I did try to drag down from the center line on the music but I guess I did not do it well. 1 drag goes to mini music then a second drag down to remove it.

You can also use the music icon. Tap once to open, tap again to close. Drag when you want to change the size & content (or show off to passengers)

If the rear view camera is already up, it stays in the lower position when the car is placed into Reverse. If it's not up, it goes into the upper position.

Every car I’ve been in will do this, I think it’s a Bluetooth thing. I no longer keep music loaded on my iPhone, and the problem went away. Previously, whenever I connected in any car it would play the SAME song . Every time!

Since only 14 cars on TeslaFi has your version I would certainly call and find out what is going on. You may have a STUCK car meaning it can not update until fixed.

I wonder if there is any correlation between the number of miles driven on autopilot each week and how early v9 (39.x) is pushed. I put on about 500 AP2.5 miles per week and got 39.6 this morning.

32.2 in Canada, no v9 for me yet. Parked closer to router tonight to see if increased signal strength helps.

AP2 autosteer is wild. Will try to kill you if it thinks it's ok. Definitely confident enough to steer into curbs in a fraction of a second. Firm grip needed and need to re-establish baseline norms.
